Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Settings page. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Yes. Both Pro and Business plans come with a full 14-day free trial with access to every feature. No credit card required to start the trial.

What happens when I exceed my plan limits?

You will see a friendly notification asking you to upgrade. Your existing data is never deleted, locked, or made inaccessible. You simply cannot create new items beyond your limit until you upgrade.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual plans are available at a 20% discount. That means Pro is $278/year (save $70) and Business is $758/year (save $190). Contact us to switch to annual billing.

Can I self-host BillNest?

Absolutely. BillNest is designed from the ground up for self-hosting. Deploy on your own server with Docker Compose in under 10 minutes. Your data stays on your infrastructure.

Is my data secure?

Your data lives on your server, encrypted at rest and in transit. We never access, view, or process your financial data. All connections use SSL/TLS encryption. We are fully GDPR compliant.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also accept wire transfers and can issue traditional invoices.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel from your Settings page and your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of your billing period.
